Heating-cooling energy production is provided by screw compressor units using the refrigerant R1234ze, combined with adiabatic dry coolers.

The energy recovery on the condensers is complemented by ducted reversible heat pumps integrated into the building.

Electricity production is assured by HV connections enhanced by generator sets and solar PV that cover most of the roof.

Technical equipment is integrated into the building to eradicate noise & visual nuisance.
