Construction of an office building to house the new head office of MSC Real Estate Ivory Coast.

The structure is concrete. The facades consist of aluminium curtain wall with fixing strip with horizontal clamps. Horizontal external sunbreaker units of rectangular tube form a continuous facing over an entire section of the facade, including the corners.

On the return walls, a glazed casement strip will form a slightly projecting glazed box.

For the Facades-Exterior Joinery element, we conducted an audit of the existing design file (project studies/tender documents).

This study included analysis of written documents (Handbook of Specific Technical Clauses) with highlighting of points requiring attention or inconsistencies in the file, as well as of graphic documents (drawings, elevation sections and available detail book).

At a second stage, we will undertake an endorsement assignment on the Facades-Exterior Joinery documents produced by the appointed contractor. Endorsement will be undertaken by sampling on the most significant elements (mechanical and thermal design calculations, detail book).
