Renovation and rebuilding of A.S.E.I. premises on its Ramonville Saint-Agne site.

The works comprise:

– the construction of secondary education and health and social services premises at the J. Lagarde centre,

– the consolidation of boarding facilities at two geographic locations;

– the relocation of activities located in dilapidated premises.

Construction principles: primary structure in reinforced concrete with architectural concrete facings on the ground floor, and non-load-bearing timber frame walls on the facade on the upper floors.
