The office building is the future headquarters of GTM Construction.
It is a building a 3-storey building plus one basement level spread over a very large surface area.
The particularity of the project lies in the conservation of two sections of existing facades in brick and gritstone.
To allow large spans, without columns (in the office space), the building is constructed with concrete and pre-stressed hollow-core slabs.
Meanwhile the 2nd floor is a mixed concrete-steel structure. The floor spans between the two facades with no interruption. The beams are cellular to optimize plenum height.
