The complex consists of two buildings providing 15,400 square metres of office space over nine storeys (eight floors above the ground floor).
The building’s high visibility is magnified by strong architecture by Dominique Perrault: inter alia, the facades have been designed so as to play with the reflections of the city, reinforcing the uniqueness of Onix.
The facets of the facade are extended to the roof, where metal beams come together to form a steel chrysalis housing the plant rooms.
Key figures:

−1.35m grid on the facade
−ventilation openings positioned at 2.70-metre intervals

−2-wire/2-tube fan-coil units
−3 basement parking levels
