Terrell was selected by the French Education Property Trust (FEPT) to redevelop the old Brent Town Hall site at Wembley for their new Lycee in London.

The project was delivered under a Design & Build Agreement and included extensive refurbishment of the existing Grade II listed building and additional new build development.

The new Annex building, placed to the north-east of the main building was required for specialist science spaces, social areas and dining/kitchen.

The new school site houses 170 Primary School pupils and 900 Secondary School pupils.

The project was delivered in BIM using Revit 2014.
