The Louvre des Antiquaires building borders the Place du Palais Royal, alongside famous landmarks such as the Louvre Museum, Hôtel du Louvre, and the Council of State building.
The building’s renovation relates to basement levels 1 and 2, the ground and first floors. It is undertaken while retaining the parking operation and the LDE offices in superstructure.

The building is divided into three spaces distributed across the various levels: an office space from the second to sixth floors (LDE), a restaurant, retail and exhibition space from basement level 1 to the first floor, and a space used for parking, storage and plant rooms from basement level 4 to basement level 2.
