The project is located on the corner of rue Paul Demange and the avenue du Maréchal de Lattre de Tassigny in Meudon.

The project comprises 299 housing units, divided into two phases: phase 1: B + D and phase 2: F + G.

The buildings will also have retail units on the ground floor.

TERRELL is responsible for the aforementioned buildings but also for the entire substructure beneath the D/E and F/G buildings in respect of the Structural, Mechanical and Electrical elements.

In respect of the Structural element, we are designing the substructures located between the joints in way of buildings B, D, F and G.
