Mixed-use positive energy office/workshops/technical units building, seeking to obtain BEPOS energy-plus certification. This building, in both its design and its operation, also seeks to attain the HQE (Association for High Environmental Quality in Construction) and BREEAM environmental quality certifications. The structure of this building, built in an area of significant seismic risk, employs a large range of materials, enabling an optimal response to the structural constraints and the quality of the building envelope in terms of insulation and also thermal inertia.
