Minor restructuring of a 1990s office building in the 15th arrondissement of Paris.

The structure has been partly reworked by the project but retaining the volume, basement parking and the majority of the existing facades.

The project is seeking to achieve BREEAM certification with a High Energy Performance quality mark.
