The project involves the major restructuring of a building erected in the 1970s, with two buildings connected by the basements, ground floor and 1st floor, set in the heart of a Haussmannian block.
The whole complex has extremely high energy and environmental ambitions, with HQE BD and BREEAM labels at EXCELLENT level, and the WIRED SCORE label at Gold level. A multipurpose 6-pipe heat pump, supplied by aquifer geothermal energy, provides the building’s heating and cooling needs, while also covering part of its consumption with renewable energy. When conditions permit, the groundwater temperature is directly used to cool the offices (geocooling).
