The Canopy Project relates to the enhancement of an existing real estate complex comprising 2 existing buildings classified as high-rise buildings, currently occupied and operated as commercial buildings.
The Project consists, firstly, of the above-ground rehabilitation of the two existing units, the building facing the city and the building facing the Seine; and secondly, the construction of an extension with a surface area of approximately 20,000 m² for the Seine building, increasing the height  by 6 storeys and adding a further floor grid along the facade facing the Seine.
