The assignment consists of an audit and return to operation of the technical installations (following a long-term shutdown) with the maintainer in order to ascertain that they are functioning correctly before the building is handed over to a purchaser.

Verification of satisfactory completion of the lessor’s work with confirmation of DLP discharge.
