Project to restructure the grandstands at the Maisons-Laffitte racecourse into a mixed-use complex comprising a hotel, seminar center and restaurant, while retaining an area dedicated to horse racing.

The overall silhouette of the building has been preserved. As part of the project, however, part of the steel-framed grandstands will be demolished to create new floor space. The building’s new façade features alternating wood cladding and curtain walls.
