The “HANAMI” development consists of constructing a new well-appointed residential building on a plot located at 14 rue des Chéneaux in Sceaux (92), alongside the greenway.

The proposed scheme incorporates firstly 95 apartments in a 6-storey building with a total floor area of 6,400 m²; and secondly 120 underground car parking spaces on one and a half basement levels. The building incorporates vibration countermeasures.

The marketing of the housing is planned as follows:
