Located on the site of the former Seine paper mills, the 126,000 m2 Eco campus in Nanterre is the CLT construction project in Europe.

The ultra-low carbon project comprises 5 new buildings and 2 repurposed industrial buildings all connected by walkways within a 9-hectare landscaped park.

The project takes timber construction to a new scale: 30,000 m3 of timber of which 20,000 m3 is CLT
The highly integrated design of the structure & façade establishes a robust and repeatable construction system that is used creatively across the campus.
