The Casino, built entirely of reinforced concrete, is a 2-storey building with a garden roof and plant rooms on the roof. The 5-storey convention centre building incorporates a 1150-seat auditorium. The roof of this hall consists of a composite floor supported by metal lattice girders with a 30-metre span. All vertical loadbearing members consist of tall, white concrete curtain walls. A reinforced concrete spiral footbridge on metal columns connects the buildings at each level and crosses the expressway to connect the facility to the adjacent districts. Earthquake-resistant design.
