The project comprises three separate building materials, reinforced concrete, steel and timber. The timber structure occupies the 1^st and 2^nd floors, where it was combined with a steel structure primarily for cost saving purposes. The upper floors are exploited as hotel rooms and the lower as spa and treatment facilities. The facades and cladding were also finished in wood to offer a distinctive all wooden aesthetic.
