Thessaloniki ConfFex Park project preliminary design was presented during the 86th THESSALONIKI INTERNATIONAL FAIR.

The project for the redevelopment of the Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF-Helexpo) is taking shape, as pointed out by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, who expressed confidence that the project will be completed within budget and on schedule.

This project is integrated in a plot of approximately 190,000 m² in the heart of Thessaloniki. It is going to include buildings of about 91000m² total area, featuring exhibition large span halls, a conference center, business uses with development of commercial, office, recreation and multistorey hotel facilities, large open spaces and, last but not least, a metropolitan park.

At the same time, Alexandreio Melathron Nikos Galis Hall, OTE tower, ESSO Pappas Pavillion and MΟMus museum of Contemporary Art buildings will be preserved.

The structures are proposed with reinforced concrete, steel, timber or hybrid timber-concrete structural framing systems.
