This 14-storey building with basement will be a long stay serviced apart-hotel. It is the first hotel-led development for Regal London and will be comprised of 156-bedrooms and a café on the ground floor.

The basement box covers the full site with party walls on 2 sides and a trunk road on a third side. Terrell designed the basement box & raft foundation to limit deflections of the structure and the neighbouring buildings.

The superstructure is a hybrid frame with precast columns and walls, embedded steel beams supporting precast slabs, and a composite concrete façade that incorporates the cladding, insulation and windows.
