Construction of a secondary school with a capacity of 400 pupils, capable of expansion to 450 pupils, in the Bretenoux commune in the Lot department.

This establishment will have:

– a catering facility producing 450 meals per day for the secondary school and 500 meals per day for other locations.

– staff accommodation, including two 2-room units and one 3-room unit that can be subdivided into 2 studio apartments.

The superstructure of the main single-storey building will be almost entirely built with a timber structure, with a glulaminated timber post/beam type high-density structural system. The scheme achieves level E4C1, and is part of the Nowatt strategy undertaken by the Occitanie region, aimed at supporting exemplary projects in terms of environmental performance
