The project relates to the construction of a fire station in Rueil-Malmaison. The new Rueil-Malmaison “Rescue Centre” comprises not only the area dedicated to firefighting services, but also an accommodation block for those working in the station.

We are responsible for the structural assignment for the entire building. The rescue centre element has a concrete structure incorporating substantial cantilevers with a concrete structure and/or metal frame adjacent to the corbels.

For the housing, the choice was made to build it with a timber structure clad with timber-framed facades insulated with straw. This is the first timber-framed housing in France for the Paris firefighters.
