Creation of the Sablière retail park regional Mixed Development Zone in Aurillac-Ytrac.

This project includes a hypermarket associated with a shopping arcade consisting of an enclosed mall and retail premises (shops and restaurants/cafeteria) and medium-sized premises giving onto an area covered by a canopy running the length of the buildings.

Timber frame supported by embedded concrete columns for the arcade and canopy. Freestanding metal portal frames for the medium-sized premises.

The structures for each brand and those of the storerooms are independent and separated by 2-hour fire walls, themselves stabilised by connection to the frame by means of shear bolts.
