CB3 is an R+7 office building in La Défense with 5 levels of infrastructure and 3 levels of car parks. The first stage of the building’s renovation project was to convert it from a high-rise building to comply with current Building and Employment regulations. Then the patio was opened up to create a triple-height volume in the lobby, outdoor terraces were created on the upper levels, and floor areas were created as extensions or mezzanine floors.

The restructuring is designed to limit the need for infrastructure reinforcement works. The transformation of this building also meets stringent environmental requirements, with a number of certifications being sought.
