Design and build of a 7-storey building incorporating within the same building a university campus shared by several training organisations in the lower storeys, surmounted by student accommodation storeys constructed in two separate blocks above a transitional terrace.

The building structure is a composite of concrete and timber, timber being employed primarily to construct floors, connected and composite in the education spaces and in cross-laminated timber in the accommodation.

These timber floors rest on the prefabricated concrete facade walls pattern imprinted to form the facade cladding and on the internal concrete core structures.
