Within the framework of Inventons la Métropole, two buildings built at Porte Brancion. Among them :

-On the Paris side, a 114-room hostel for young workers. This timber residence will incorporate common spaces, notably a large communal lounge on the ground floor and lounges on each floor to enable the residents to meet and develop.

-On the Vanves side, a 157-room student residence with cafeteria, coworking space, sports hall and terrace.

The sought-after transparency effect of this seven-storey building  is reflected in its timber superstructure: a wooden transfer floor, a wooden exoskeleton and a very lightweight core structure, allowing for a precise control of the transfer of loads to the deck and eliminating the need for reinforcements to the existing bridge structures.
