The complex includes a library, a toy library, a community cultural centre and youth club, a youth centre and a senior citizens’ centre, built for the municipality of St-Jean.

The proposed buildings are two separate buildings each consisting of a podium with insulated cavity walls crowned by a steel frame. These two buildings are connected by a pedestrian bridge with a steel structure.

Upstairs, the double steel skin complex of the longitudinal facades transmutes seamlessly into a roof, while the other facades are fully glazed and constructed as a curtain wall.
