The scheme consists of the construction of a 6700 m² 5-storey building to accommodate a school of higher education, including 80 underground parking spaces.

This building must be able to be converted in due course to accommodate a service sector type activity (offices).

The building comprises four levels built with a timber column-beam structure supporting timber/concrete composite floors located around two reinforced concrete cores housing the vertical circulations and the toilet blocks.

At ground floor ceiling level, the structure rests on a reinforced concrete podium that also includes a basement parking level. Earthquake-resistant design.
