The development consists of a new school hall with adjoining single storey administrative buildings.  The hall is to be formed of glue-laminated timber beams in a cross lattice arrangement in the roof, sitting on columns.  The roof timbers will be exposed to provide an architectural feature.  The administrative building will be constructed from structural insulated panels helping in a quiet construction process.  In addition, the existing Junior School will be refurbished with a variety of structural alterations and an internal fit out.
