Called The Triangle, this construction of a new five storey office building and a 39m landmark tower will be the new international headquarters of the Cambridge Assessment’s staff. It will be the city of Cambridge’s biggest office complex.
Covering 360,000 sq ft, the development will include contemporary buildings sympathetic to the neighbouring conservation area and buildings. The 2 new 5-storey office buildings will accommodate up to 3,000 employees by 2025. The complex will include catering areas, meeting rooms and archive space.
The new building is set around a courtyard and includes extensive green spaces for relaxation, with three podium gardens. Multiple car and cycle parking spaces have been incorporated into the complex.
