The work involves the demolition of the existing stands during the first phase and, in the second phase, the creation of new buildings (trackside restaurant, new grandstand and single-storey buildings known as “les planches”) and the renovation of the retained buildings.

For this project, emphasis was placed on transparency and the quality of vision through the facade elements. Priority was accorded to large areas of glazing with special treatments (e.g. anti-reflective).

The spectra-energy performance has also been taken into account to satisfy the criteria of the RT2012 and the project’s HQE approach.
