Project located in the Pont d’Issy Mixed Development Zone, in the commune of Issy les Moulineaux between Quai du Président Roosevelt, Rue Rouget de L’Isle and the T2 tram tracks (Hauts-de-Seine).

This is a 9-storey complex comprising offices and ancillary premises, on 1 and 3 basement levels for car parking and plant rooms; execution of an exterior landscaped area and retail premises at ground floor level. The structure is in reinforced concrete. The basement levels are constructed with diaphragm walls to make the excavations watertight, by means of temporary lowering of the water table. The final supported floors and the deep-type foundations are designed to withstand water pressure.
