Project for the construction of a new, 7-storey building, on 4 levels and 1 basement level for car parking and plant rooms; execution of an interior patio at ground floor level. The structure is of a reinforced concrete beam-column type. The basement levels will be constructed with diaphragm walls to make the excavations watertight, by means of temporary lowering of the water table. The final supported floors and the deep-type foundations will be designed to withstand water pressure related to the presence of two bodies of groundwater. 3D structural and General Contractors model drawn using REVIT software.
