Curve Montjoie comprises a 24,400 m2, cross laminated timber office building in Saint-Denis near Paris.
The hybrid structural frame combines structural steelwork with timber framing and CLT floors. Timber columns, beam lines and slab soffits are expressed within the architecture. This is further developed within the double height volumes at the top of the building where long span, glulam structures are the mainstay of the interior design.
This is the first timber framed office building for BNP Parisbas.
