The Bab Al Bahr project is being developed on a 30 hectare site at the mouth of the Bouregreg river between the cities of Rabat and Salé. This major urban development project, exemplary in terms of sustainability, benefits from an exceptional location, bordered on three sides by waterfront developments giving onto the marina, the river and the atlantic ocean. The Bab Al Bahr district will comprise residential buildings, several hotels including a Palace and a 5 star Rotana Hotel, office buildings and prestigious public amenities including a conference centre, town square, museums and a theatre.
