Construction of a 20-metre span footbridge made of 281 paper tubes and weighing just 7.5 tonnes. Located just 500 metres from the Pont du Gard, the World Heritage Roman aqueduct built between AD 38 and AD 52 as part of an exhibition. This innovative portable footbridge can hold up to 20 people at the same time due to the strength of the paper tubes and using such a simple, recyclable material is a world first.
