The scheme consists of four new concrete frame buildings, two buildings for PBSA (Building A, a 33-storey and Building B, a 19-storey tower) and two buildings for residential (Building C 15-storey and Building D, a 20-storey tower).
The superstructure of the new buildings comprises reinforced concrete flat slabs supported by RC columns and RC walls around lift and stair cores. The lateral stability of the buildings against the wind and notional horizontal loadings is resisted by the reinforced concrete shear walls positioned around the lift shafts and stairs of each building.
The buildings B and D have basements to host plant room areas and water tanks. The buildings main stairs and lift core extend to the basement level to provide accessibility. Soft spots at the ground floor slab are being provided for plant replacement.
Adjacent to the main structure of the building C, a single storey structure is being provided for a car park with a garden landscape above. This structure is separated from the main building with a movement joint.
