The project is divided into two blocks R+15 and R+7, for a mixed programme of coliving (housing and offices) on a common base and in infrastructure.

The project integrates the particularity of an operation conducted mainly from prefabricated 3D modules. It also has the particularity of being the first 4th family carbon-free residential building, in hybrid concrete-steel-wood modular construction and designed off-site.

Environmental initiatives: RE 2020 2028 version – Biosourced Building Label (level 2 for the R+8 buildings and level 1 for the R+16 building).
