Renovation of an office building built in 2002, located at 45 rue Camille Desmoulins in Issy-les-Moulineaux, including 8 superstructure levels and 5 basements.

This building is distinctive for its originating design, with a concrete base on all basement levels and a mixed metal structure on superstructure. The renovation mainly concerns the new vertical connections (stairwells and elevator shafts), as well as the extensions on the façade and in the central patio made of added steel structure. The project also includes the treatment of existing cracks in the apron, the watertight lining of the apron and diaphragm walls with Tectoproof, to overcome water infiltration and pollution problems.
