This project consists of the execution, on behalf of the RH company, of the restructuring works in respect of the building located at 23, avenue des Champs Elysées in Paris’s 8th arrondissement.

-Replacement of the current panoramic lift with a solid concrete block shaft by a larger steel and glass lift,
-Replacement of the staircase railing near the entrance on the garden side that leads to the 2nd floor terrace.
-Construction of the so-called “Winter Garden” glazed metal structure extension at 2nd floor level, on the roof of the 2010 extension,
-Change of use of the roof terrace, with the creation of an accessible and vegetated space,
-Refitting of the plant rooms in the basement through the creation of a mezzanine in the space currently occupied by AHU and chiller unit.
-Construction of an extension, known as “Pavilion”, at the rear of the courtyard.
