The project relates to the restructuring of the building located at 10 Rue Fructidor, 94400 Saint Ouen, France, with a view to a redevelopment project.

The existing building comprises 5 storeys above ground level plus a plant level on the roof, a ground floor and 4 basement levels. It is built of reinforced concrete (basements, ground floor and first floor) and with a metal frame (“composite” floors from second floor to fifth floor).

The major restructuring work consists primarily of:

– A two-storey rooftop extension plus accessible roof terrace

– The creation of surfaces in a full-height extension

– The addition of complementary vertical circulations,

– Consequent modification of the central core,

– The transformation of the south facade on Rue Fructidor.
