The development is located on the PSA Mixed Development Zone on a plot bounded by rue Olympe de GOUGES and rue Eugénie EBOUE, comprising plot B1.

The project comprises a total of 219 housing units, of which 30% are social housing, 318 parking spaces on a basement level, five blocks of units for sale and one (8-storey) block for social housing and two 14-storey blocks with balconies.
