As part of the CEVA Station project in Chêne Bourg, Terrell is undertaking a structural engineering consultancy assignment in respect of the construction of the Opale building and its underground car park.
The ground floor will house retail premises, and the next 5 floors of the tower will accommodate offices. The upper storeys will offer high-quality residential accommodation, with functional layouts, free spaces that are extensively open to the exterior by virtue of balconies and winter gardens.
The tower comprises 20 storeys above ground and two basement levels. The entire structural framework will be built of reinforced concrete. Two circulation cores serve as bracing for the tower by virtue of the slabs, which transfer horizontal forces to them.
