This project forms part of the renovation/extension work on the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles site. It relates to the construction of a nine-storey hotel, also incorporating a retail area on the ground floor, at the entrance to the town of Issy-les-Moulineaux. Terrell’s mission is the design of the building structure and facade.
