The Hôtel de Coulanges, a 17th century mansion in the heart of Paris. The project was designated a prizewinner in respect of the “Reinventing Paris” call for innovative urban projects. The Hôtel de Coulanges is listed in the supplementary schedule of historic monuments.
The HQE® Renovation certification profile has been achieved at the Very Good level.

The “Collectif Coulanges” programme in the framework of this major rehabilitation of the site, incorporates three distinct functions:
– Coworking type office spaces
– Spaces for creatives: Fashion Hub
– Distribution spaces: Concept stores

TERRELL is involved in the project management consortium for all technical packages in respect of Structure, HVAC, Fire, Plumbing, High Voltage, Low Voltage, Fire Safety Systems.
