Rehabilitation and fit-out project for a 9-storey office building dating from the 2000 decade. The primary objectives of this rehabilitation are the updating to current technical standards and the densification of personnel on all floor plates.

The work on the building comprises:

– Enhancement of the ground floor to improve readability of access,

– Upgrading and complete fit-out of office floor plates,

– Creation of extensive green areas on the roof with establishment of an accessible flat roof and an urban greenhouse.

The rehabilitation of the building will enable acquisition of the following quality labels:

BREEAM® In Use VERY GOOD level,

OSMOZ quality mark,

WiredScore Classic level certification.

The building is delivered with the floor plates fully fitted out.
