Two-storey building designed with the objective of making maximum use of bio-based materials. Apart from the vertical circulation core, the entire superstructure comprises a timber frame, with an intermediate timber/concrete composite floor consisting of timber beams connected to the 12 cm concrete slab cast onto prefabricated sound attenuation housings. The column-beam structure is braced by timber-frame interior loadbearing walls and facade walls as well as by means of cross-bracing. Terracotta shingle cladding. Roofcovering of EPDM membrane or extensive vegetation according to the area.
