The project consists of the renovation of an office building located in the Marais district, built in concrete in 1920, used for retail premises, offices and workshops, with an atrium at the core of the building. The projects seeks to achieve an architectural upgrade of the entire building, in terms of both volumes and facades, while bringing the building into compliance with current regulations (disabled access, fire safety, fire performance of structures and compliance with the NFP 06-001 standard in respect of live loads). New vertical circulations are planned, together with modified accesses.
