17 & Co is a mixed-use development comprising: Offices, hotel, co-living, a youth hostel, retail outlets, a karaoke venue, and a mobility centre together with a 500-space public car park.

Primary structure : Cross Laminated Timber

There is a timber-metal post-and-beam structure supporting ribbed mixed timber-concrete floors or solid timber CLT slabs, including accessible terraces. The columns and the undersides of the beams remain visible.

The scheme will be HQE (Association for High Environmental Quality in Construction) and BREEAM EXCELLENT certified.
