The “New Vélizy” urban campus project consists of a vast real estate complex for use as offices, comprising four main buildings of 5 to 7 storeys. These buildings are interconnected by a plinth formed by two infrastructure levels devoted to parking and two Street Floor and Garden Floor levels, dedicated to common areas such as dining areas, reception, and a 400-seat flexible auditorium. This development will meet HQE and BREEAM certification standards.
